The staff, especially Christy and Daryl, were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome, despite the uncomfortable bed and ongoing renovations in the hotel.

The staff at this place were very welcoming and friendly, which made check-in nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, as I noticed a bad odor in the bathroom and other areas that seemed neglected. While it’s budget-friendly and in a convenient location near fast food and Walmart, I'd recommend a deep clean to improve the experience.

The location of Super 8 in Williamsburg definitely had some perks. It was convenient to get to local attractions, and the check-in process went smoothly with friendly staff. However, the positives ended there. The room I stayed in felt worn-out. The mattress was substandard, with a noticeable dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The carpet had visible stains, and the bathroom left much to be desired – the tub was clogged and the overall cleanliness was questionable. I noticed several electrical outlets that didn’t work properly, which added to my frustration. I appreciate that we could get a decent rate for one night, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless changes are made. This place needs a serious renovation to compete with neighboring hotels.
